The Information of Mary Sullivan< no role > Servant to Mr.
John Eaton< no role > and Sarah Clark< no role > of Riders Court in the
parish of St. Anns in the Liberty of Westmr .

Who being sworn and Examined Severally Say, that yesterday
being the 22 o. of October Instant about Eleven of the Clock at
night, the Examt. Mary Sullivan< no role > being sent of a Mossage in
the said Court, then and there Mett Henry Wilcocks< no role > , who took
holt of this Examt. Mary Sullivan< no role > , and knowing him to be a
person of a vile Charector and a Dangarous Man, She
endeavoured to get from him, but forced, this Examt. Mary
Sullivan
< no role > unto Casle court near Long L'acre , & brought
her into a house in ye said place up one pair of Stairs-
and ye said Wilcocks pushed [..] Sarah Clark< no role > down Stairs
and there kept this Examt. Mary Sullivan< no role > , and told her,
thathis tryal with Justice why mate, Justice Blagny,
Justice Ellis & Justice Gifford was to come on to Morrow
the twenty third of October Instant in the Kings Bench
and that if she wod Swear, that she saw Mrs. Harvy
give Mr. Justice why mate fifteen Guineas as a Bribe
to send him the said Wilcocks to Goal upon their
the sd. Harvy and Others in their Allegations, that he
wod recover Damages Against him, and likewise to
swear that Mr. Justice Blagny received five Guineas as a
Bribe, from Mrs. Harvy to sevd Wilcocks, to Goal, when he
was brought before him, and that this Examt. shod Swear
that when Justice Ellis was offered six Guineas as a
Bribe, that he shod refuse it, but that if Mrs. Harvy
wod make a present to his wife, it wod be to the same
purpose, and that Mr- Gifford had likewise received Seven
Guineas as a reward or Bribe to serve Mrs. Harvy
upon any Occasion against Wilcocks, in order to expose
the said Justices and to Make them look Scandalons in
the Court of Kings Bench, and the reward he cod give
this Examt. for so doing, that half of what wod be recovered
on her Evidence, & by him shod be given her to sett
her up
