These are to certifie that at the same Sessions the Inhitants
of the parish of St Mary le bone were & stand Indicted for
not repairing a certain Highway leading from the Town of
Uxbridge to the City of London vizt a certain part of the
Same Way lying within the said parish on the North Side
of the sd Way leading from a certain house called the Lord
Mayors Banquetting house there to a certain other house
called the City of Oxford containing in length half a Mile
and in breadth twenty foot To which Indictmt the said
Inhitants have not get appeared or pleaded Dated this 7th
day of June 1727
