Upon reading of the appeale of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate London against an Order under
the hands & seales of Thomas Railton< no role > & Henry
Trent
< no role > Esqrs. two of his Maties. Justices of the peace
for the County of Middx and Liberty of Westmr .
(Quorum Unus) beareing date the sixth day of March
last whereby William Chapman< no role > a Male bastard
child was removed from the Parish of St. Margaret
Westmr . in the said County of Middx to the sd. parish
of St. Botolph without Aldgate being called in the
said Order the parish of St. Buttolph without Aldgate
in the City of London as the place of the last legall
Settlemt. of the said Male bastard child (the hearing
of which appeale was by Order made at the last
Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden for the
sd. County of Middx by adjornmt. on Tuesday the
sixteenth day of May instant adjourned untill this
present Generall Sessions of the peace holden for the
same County) And upon reading the aforesaid Order
of removable and hearing of what was alledged by
Councell for the Inhabitants of the said parish of
St. Margaret Westmr. and alsoe by Councell for the
Inhabitants of the said parish of St. Botolph without
Aldgate For that it is not Menconed in the sd. Order
of removeall that it appeared to the said two Justices
or that they thereby adjudged that the sd. William Chapman< no role >
