And threatned to have his Life taken away by

Offence have Caused him to be bound by Recognizance
to be of his good behaviour towards yr. Peticoner
& notwithstanding has been threatned and
Terryfied by the said Littlefield in so much that
yr. Peticonr. now apprhends. himself to be in danger
