It is Ordered by this Court that a letter be written
by the Clerke of the peace of this County [..] to Simon
Michell
< no role > Esqr . one of thehis Maties Justices of the peace of
the said County to acquaint him that his Maties.
Justices of the peace for the said County now
assembled in their Generall Sessions doe desire him to
dine with them at Hicks hall to morrow to one of the
clock in the afternoon, and after dinner to shew
cause why he bayled HenryHouseHowse< no role > Robert
Stables
< no role > & John Wade< no role > out of New Prison at
Clerkenwell who were comitted thither by John
Fuller
< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties. Justices of the peace for the
said County for cheating Thomas Mounsey< no role > of a
reckoning, and for assaulting & beating him [..]
when he pursued them for paymt. thereof, for want
of Suretys, without first giveing notice to the said
Mr. Fuller, which the said Mr. Michell ought to have
done according to the Rule of this Court
