Thos. Charlsworth< no role > the Deft maketh Oath, That James
Hougton< no role > the prosecutor hath Obsconded from his Masters Service
within a Few Days after he had Indicted this Deft, and that he this
Deft hath made Deligent Search after said prosecutor to give him
Notice of Trying the said Indictmt. this Sessions but Cannot find
him out and this Deft having preffered an Indictmt. against the
prosecutor for Assaulting this Deft prays that both Indictmts. may
be Tryed Together next Sessions Dated this 28th. Day of Febry. 1726
