The Deft. Abraham Willson< no role > Stands Indicted of the
parish of St. James westm for an Assault on John
Hopkins< no role > on the thirteenth Day of December last
in the parish aforesaid when the pretended
Assault happned there was nor person present
but prosecutor & Deft psecutor gave the first
Assault and prefeered an Indictmt against Dett
to which Inditmt Deft. pleaded last Sessions before
pleading Deft. prefeerred and found his bill against
prosecutor without Knowing Pros had preferred
my bill
as Pros was formerly Defts. land lord Fros brought
his Accon against Deft. for rent not Due which
[..] upon Tryall a verdit was given for
Deft. Willson

As Deft. has noe wittnesses p and has pleaded And Pros
has not pleaded pray move that Deft. may be respite's till
next Session in order that both Causes may be tryed
at one time
