One yarrow that was taken in Company
wth one Richd. Gibbs< no role > , who is attained of Felony for not surrendring
pursuant to an Order of Council, was bound order to appear this
sessionsI have received Orders to take care of & Prosecution
of them but as the sessions is so far spent it is impossible
for me to get ye Witnessex in time, I mush therefore beg
of you that yarrow may be continued upon his Recognizance
till & next Sessions. I am
