I hope youll pardon me for
troubling you it being on account of
a Quarrell I had with Wm. Younger< no role > C
Hester Younger< no role > C John Carney< no role > Who
abused me in ye Execution of my
Office, they being very Poor I took
into Consideration the hardship of
their Case & not being willing to ruein
them thro Inadvertency [..]
Thro: in a Bill of Ignoramus, without
any reward or Grattuity whatever, I
assure your worship I am Intirely
unacquainted with affairs of this
nature nor fitt to Serve ye Office I
am in by reason I Can neither write
nor read therefore humbly hope ye:
worship will Pardon me this fault & I
Shall take Care for the futre never
to be guilty of the like again & I Shall be ever
Bound to pray for ye. worship who am wth. ye atmt.
