That by an Order under the Hands & Seales of

Maties Justices of the Peace for ye sd County of
Midd (Quorn unus) bearing Date the 7th
Day of November last Elizabeth Stoaks< no role > Single
Woman (then big with Child was removed from
the parish of Kensington in the said County
of Middx to the said Parish of Eltham as
the place of her last legall Settlemt.

That the said Elizabeth Stoakes< no role > is now
in Labour & not [..] able to appear this prsent

by the Indgmt. of the said two
Justices of the peace Appeale to
this Court & humbly pray that
the benefit of there said Appeale

concern'd may be Ordered to
