The humble Petition of William Sarson< no role > & Mary< no role > his Wife

Sheweth

That your Petrs. stand Indicted for an Assault on one John Lodge< no role >
To which they have pleaded Not Guilty and given Notice to Try their Traverse
on Thursday the 12th. of this Instant January at Ten of the clock in the
forenoone And there being a cross Indictmt preferred and found agt
the said John Lodge< no role > for an Assault on your petrs. Mary Your petrs. humbly
conceive It will be the most Agreeable to Justice to have both the
Traverses tryed together

Your Petrs: therefore Humbly pray the Order of this
honoble Court for the said John Lodge< no role > to try his
Traverse att the Same time with your petrs.

And your petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
