Pray take Notice that wee Richard Darling< no role >
of Ripley in the County of Surrey Thos Clowser< no role >
of the same place & John Cook< no role > of West Horsly
in the sd County Malsters .

Have applyed at the Prsent Quarter Sessions of
the peace for the County of Middx Pursuant
to a Former Notice given you in Order to have
an allowance for the Duty of Forty five
Quarters of Malt the Duty of wth: Malt hath
been paid & was Freighted in William Wells< no role > 's
Barge of Sunbury & delivered to the sd Wells
at the several places aforesd in Order to be
Conveyed to London the aforesd Quantities
of Malt were Sunk in the River Thames in
the County of Middx at Westmr near the Horse
Ferry on or about the First Day of September
last

The sd Court of Quarter Sessions have adjorned
the hearing & Determining of the sd Matter
to the Fifth Day of December next at nine
of the Clock in the forenoon
