To the Worshippfull the Bench of Justices for the County of
Middx now in Sessions Assembled.

The humble Petition of William Thomas< no role > and William Rex< no role >

[..] Sheweth


That your Petr. in April Sessions last were Bail for one Thomas Pert< no role > on
an Indictment then Prferred agt. him Soon after which He the said Pert
Entred himselfe Soldier in Coll Pitts's Regiment of Horse and went out of
Town and hath not been Seen by yor. Petr. at any time Since but your Petrs. are
credibly informed and beleive that he still belongs to the said Regiment and that
the Troop in which he rides is quartered in or near Coventry in Warwickshire as
by the Affidt. annext appears

That your Petr. William Thomas< no role > hath had notice that the said Recognizance
Soe Entred into by yor Petr. is for feited and will [..] Estreated into the Exchequer unless
care taken to stopp Proceedings this Sessions and your Petrs. being ignorant of the
consequence of such affaires humbly here they shall receive such indulgence from
this Court as shall be agreable to Equity and Justice

Your Petrs. therefore humbly pray this Worshipfull Bench to
grant your Petrs a Respitt Sine die of the said Recognizance
and an Order for the releife of yor. Petrs. as to your great
Judgments shall Seem meet

And your Petrs. shall ever Pray Etc.
