hath pleaded not guilty to an Indictment agt him for
defrauding & cheating one Nathaniel Firnin< no role > of Sixty
mgne dozen of silver buttons upon wooden moulds vallue
seven pounds fifteen shillings & five pence by false takens
& prsecuer is remanded & comitted to newprison aforesaid
for want of sufficient sureties for his appearance at the next
Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be held for this County to
psecute his traverse with effect upon the said Indictment to
reniame till he find such sureties before one of his Maties
Justices and Comissioners of Oyer & Terminer for this
County, and the said James Perison is ordered to give to
the psecutor of the said Indictment the true Christian Sirnames &
addicons of the psons he pposes to be bail for him, & of the time
& place of attending the Justice to take them, that they may be
inquired into & approved of before they are taken, of
which sufficient notice is to be given to the said psecutor
when delivered to pay 4s:8d
