I am Surprised to hear that Thos. Street< no role > who was referred to me by
the Sessions is Since bay led out, without any Notice other to my
Self or the Prosecutor to Enquire after the Sufficiency of the
Bayl, and an Oppertunity taken in my Absunce, if this is doing
Justice I am Shanger to it I desire a Lyne how this matter
came to pass when he was bay led but and who wereupon the Bench
at the time for I am resolved to go to the Bottom of this very
great Interruption of the Pubbik Justice, and to present if possible
such Scandalous breechs of Orders of Sessions
