between them of the One part and the Said Justices of the other<lb></lb>
part covenanted & agreed for the Sume of Six hundred & Eighty<lb></lb>
pounds well & Suficently to rebuild the aforesaid part of the Said<lb></lb>
bridge with good & Sound Oaken Timber piles planks Trussell heads<lb></lb>
posts Rails gravell Joyney worke painting Iron worke & all other<lb></lb>
materially of the Scantlings and according to the method & Manner<lb></lb>
Specifyed in the Accompt or Estimate written under the Said Articles<lb></lb>
together with all other worke & Materialls as well not menconed<lb></lb>
therein as Menconed in A good Substantiall & workman like Manner<lb></lb>
and to compleat & finish the Same before the thirty first day of October<lb></lb>
now next Ensueing (if the Same can be done & performed before that<lb></lb>
time) Or as Soon after as the Same can be conveinently done And<lb></lb>
to find Pvide & use good Sound & Sufficient Oaken Timber piles planks and<lb></lb>
all other materialls in and about the doeing of the Said worke and to make<lb></lb>
and prserve a convenient passage for foot passengers passing and<lb></lb>
repassing over the Said bridge dureing the continuance of the Said<lb></lb>
