before me of receiving & buying Twenty pounds weight
of worsted yarn of the Value of Four Pounds which
was unsultly imberrelld from Thos Eades< no role > Senr by one
of his winsters who was Intrusted to wind the Same for him and
he refusing to pay the Sume of Eight Pounds being Double the
Value of the sd worstead your by me adjudged to be by him
for feiled for the sd. offence to use of the Poor of Spittle fields
in the sd County where the Sd offence was Comitted you
are therefore to keep him Safe in your Custody untill he Shall
Pay the sd For feitture according to the forme of the Statute in
that Case made and provided Given under my hand and Seal
