P adjorn Veneris 4o. die Marcy 1725

Forasmuch as Nicholas Philpott< no role > Esqr . one of the Justices
of the peace of this County did not dine at Hicks hall
on this day nor was present to answer a complaint
against him for detaining the book wherein the
Minutes or Orders, of the petty Sessions at Edgeware
are entred, tho' a Letter was written to him for that
purpose by the Clerke of the peace& sent to the sd
by Order of this Court, It is Ordered by this Court
that the Clerke of the peace of this County doe write
that another letter be written & sent by the Clerke
of the peace of this County to the sd. Mr. Philpott to
desire he will please to dine at Hicks hall on
Saturday the fifth day of March instant at one of the
clock in the afternoon, and after dinner to answer
the complaint aforesaid,
