Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us, whose
hands & Seals are hereunto set, two of his Majties: Justices of
the peace for the County of Midlesex (Quor unus) by You
the Church Warden and Overseers of the poor of the Ham [..]
of Spittlefields in the parish of St. Dunstan Stepney als
Stevunheath in the said County That Sarah Holmes< no role > Wid :
hath lately intruded herself into your Hamlett aforesaid
not haveing any Legal Settlement there, and is now li [..]
to be chargeable thereunto

And Whereas upon Examinacon touching the
premises, taken before us upon Oath We the said Justices
do adjudge the same to be true And do also adjudge that
the parish of St Bennet Grace Church in the City of
London is the place where the said [..]
last legally settled.

These are therefore in his Majties: Name to
will and require you the Church Warden and Overseers
of the said Hamlett of Spittle Fields forthwith to remove &
convey the said Sarah Holmes< no role > out of your said Hamlett
unto he Parish of St Bennet-Grace-Church aforesaid
and her to deliver unto the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the poor there or one of them, who are hereby required
to receive and provide for her according to Law. Given
under our Hands and Seals this twelfth Day of February
