their hands certify the same to be due & payable

Order shall be sufficient discharges to the said
Sr. Henry Penrice< no role > for such payments, And
this Court doth further Order that the said
sume soe to be advanced & paid by the said
Sr . Henry Penrice< no role > or the sd Succeeding Trear or
Trears fore [..] in pursuance of this order
shall be refunded & paid to him or the said
succeeding Trear or Trears out of the yearly
Sume of twenty pounds payable by the Keeper
of New Prison (for the time being) to the Clerk
of the peace of this County or his Depty on
accompt of repaireing the same prison,
