Sheweth


That by Indentur bearing date the Sixtenth day of
November 1723 Your Petr pras Bound Apprentice
to the John Harrison< no role > to serve him for the Terme of
seven years

That your Petr. said Master hath ten times beat
Brused Wonded and Discharge your Pete. in a most
Crer [..] and Barbarous Manner so that he is not at
to Continue In his Serves

That your Petr. Master stands Bound by Recognizance
to Appear in this Court thus present Sessions to answer
the same

Your Petr. Therefor most humbly
Prays that yor Worship,s Would bestileajd
to Order that ye Petr Sd. Master may
attend this Court some day this present
Sessions to shew Cause why your
Petr should not Bed Discharged
From his Sd. Apprenticehood
