The Humble Peticon and Appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the parish of Heston in the sd. County

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands & Seales of Rupert
Brown< no role > & John Venner< no role > Esqr . two of His Maties. Justices of the
peace for the said County (Quor unus) bearing date the 24th.
Day of November last past Elizabeth Symms< no role >
Singlewoman was removed from the parish of East
Bedfont in the said County to the said parish of Heston
as the place of Her last legall Settlement

Yor. Petr. thinking themselves aggrieved by
the Judgment of the sd two Justices humbly
appeal therefrom And pray that the Church-
-wardens & Oversrs of the poor of the sd. parish
of East Bedfont and all persons Concerned may
be Ordered to attend this Court Some day this Sessions
to hear & abide the Judgment & Determinacon of
this Court touching this Appeall
