The prisoner is to deliver in a schedule of his or her whole
estate & the Names of his or her severall debtrs. & their names
& places of aboad & of the severall Sumes of money
from them secured owing upon any Spialty contract or
other act whatsoever and the name & places of abode of the sevall Psons from whom which debts are due & oweing & of the Wittnesses who can prove such debts
or contracts (if there be any such) and to subscribe the
Schedule in open Court & make oath & Swear to the essect
as in the ActI A B doe Etc.
