the peace at their genall Quarter Sessions now
assembled in and for the said County of Middx

the Humble petcon and Appeale of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the parish of St. Michael Wood Street
London

Sheweth


That by virtue of apuss Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seales of John Milner< no role > and R Gifford Esqr Two of his
Matyes Justices of the peace of this County (Quor unus) &
bearing date the Fourth day of November last Bernard
Reeves
< no role > Son of John Reeves< no role > was removed from the paris of
Saint Giles in the Feilds in the said County unto the parish of
of saint michaell wood street [..] aforesaid as the place of his
last legall Setlement By which Order your peticoners
conceive themselves Aggreived and humbly appeales therefrom

Yor petnonr therefore pray this
Honrble Cant to appoynt [..] day for the
hearing the Merritts of this Appeale
and that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the said parish of Saint Gyles in
the Feilds may Attend and abide the
Determinacon and Judgment of the
Court touching the same

And your petr. shall ever pray Etc.
