Sheweth
That by an Order of this Court dated ye. Eleventh day of July 1724
it was ordered that Mrs. Frances Seymour< no role >
Should pay unto Mrs. Judith
Geary< no role >
upon Monday then next following halfe of the Court Fees
of the then last Generall Session of the peace & halfe the Court
Fees of that present Session and alsoe the Sume of fifteen
pounds before the then next Sessions for halfe a Years Allowance payable at Midsumer then
last past
And That the sd. Mrs. Seymour has in Obedrence to the sd. Order
payed unto Your petitioners Wife all the Fees Soe Ordered to be paid as
aforesd. But refuses to payYourhirPetitionerthe sd. fifteen pounds
soe ordered as aforesd.
Your Peticoner therefore most humbly
prays that the sd. Mrs. Seymour may
be Ordered by this Henoble Court
to pay unto Your petitioners wife
the
Sd. Sume of fifteen pounds
forthwith
And Yor. peticoner shall ever
pray Etc.
