The humble Petition and appeal of
William Watkins< no role > of the parish of St James
Clerkenwell in the Said County

Sheweth

That your Petitioner Discharged much more to
the poor and Scavengers rate in the Said parish for his house
he lives in and other his Tenements in Clerkenwell Close
then what he ought to pay therefore thinks himself
agrieved and humbly Appeals to this Court

The Premisses considered your petr
therefore humbly prays such releif
as this Court Shall Seem Meet

And your Petitioner shall ever
pray Etc
