To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Giles Without Cripplegate in
the County of Middlx and to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St. Andrews Holborn above Barrs in the said County of Middx and to Every of them and to
all Others whom these may Concern.

Where as it Appeareth unto us Two of His Majestys Justices of the peace for the said county of Middlx
(Quorum Unns) by the complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the said County that Martha Caule< no role > Relict of Timothy Caule< no role > Deceased
is lately come and Intruded into the said parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate Endeavouring to gain [..]
Settlement there contrary to Law and is Likely to become a Great Charge to the said parish which we adjudge
to be True. And Whereas upon the Examination of the said Martha Caule< no role > taken upon oath it Appears
unto us that the said Timothy Caul< no role > was Born in the kingdom of Ireland , and never gained any Settlement
in this Kingdom of great Britain. And it further Appearing unto us the said Justices upon the oath of
the said Martha Caul< no role > that before Her Marriage with the said Timothy Caul< no role > , she was marryed to one
Francis Conduit< no role > a Distiller who lived near the Blue Bear Inn , in the parish of St. Andrews Holborn above
barrs , and there Rented a House, and paid Twenty seven pounds & Annum for the Same for about
the space of two Years and a half and soon after Dyed. and no other Settlement Appearing unto us,
We the said Justices upon the proofs Afore said and Other Circumstances Do Adjudge and Deem
the place of the last Legall Settlement of the said Martha Caul< no role > to be in the said parish of St. Andrews
Holborn above Barrs , in the County of Middlx , and whither by Law the said Martha Caule< no role > ought to be
Sent

These are there fore in His Majesty's Name Strictly to Charge and Command you and every of
You, forthwith upon Sight here of to Remove and Convey the said Martha from and out of the said parish
of St. Giles without Cripplegate, in and to the said parish of St. Andrews Holborn above Barrs in the Sd.
County of Middlx and Deliver her (together with this forecept) to the Church Wardens and Oversees of
the poor there, or some or one of them, who are hereby required to Recei [..] and provide for her According to
Law. Here of fail not at your perills Given under our Hands and sead this 12th. day of september in the
Eleventh Year of the Reigne of Our Sovereigne Lord George by the grace of God of Great Britain France
and Ireland King Defender of the faith Etc Anno Demini 1724
