It is ordered by this Court that the heareing and
determining the matter of this appeale be adjourned
Untill the next Generall quarter Sessions of the peace
to be holden for this County And that the respective
Constables Church wardens Overseers of the poor
Scavengers & ancient Inhabitants of the severall
Libertys of Church End & Haxton and Moor field within the parish
of st. Leonard Shoreditch in this County who are usually
present at the makeing of the publique Rates there doe
upon notice hereof attend & produce their Respective-
stavengers Rates before the court of the sd next
generall Quarter Sessions on Money the twelfth day of
October next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to heare
abide theJudgmt. determinacon of the same Court touching
the said appeale
