It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended & referred unto his Maties. Justices of the
peace for this County inhabiting within the Tower
Division in the sd County to be assembled in their petty
Sessions or any two or more of them to peruse & inspect
the certificates given to the petr. for his trouble & expences
in passing & releiving of Vagrants, and to Examine
what Persons were by him regularly passed, and by
whose Order, and whether the sumes allowed him for
such service are just & reasonable and such as ought
justly due to the Petr. for the said Service, And to certify
their opinions touching the Premisses unto the Court of the
next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden
for this County.
