Sheweth

That yor Petr: by the Order & Direccon of Whitelock
Bulstrode< no role > & John Offley< no role > Esqrs Deced & Severall other
of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the said County
attended On the Severall Dayes & times menconed in the
Bill hereunto Annexed to Survey the work done at
Chertsey Bridge in the said County being Two & twenty
Dayes & agreed wth the said Justices to have for his less
of time trouble & expence therein tenn Shilling per diem which
Amounseth in the whole to Eleven pounds

That the said Sum of eleven pounds Stills remains
due & unpaid to yor Petr.

yor. Petr. therefore humbly Prayes Yor Worpps
will please to make An Order for the
paymt thereof

And yor Petr as in Duty Bound
Shall ever pray Etc
