is acquitted of the trespasse & misdemeanoe
whereof he was indicted and he is to be delivered
out of his maties Goale of Newgate if detained for
noe other cause, paying his Fees 17s-6d

John Meale< no role >

now convicted upon an Indictment against him for
receiving Stollen goods knowing them to be stollen
is fined for the said offence 1s which is to be
estreated, and he is ordered to be stripped naked
from the middle upwards & publickly whipped at a Carts
Cagle from a certain place called the Hermitage
Bridge along the comon & publick street (near the
Tower wharfe) in the precinct of St Katherines in
this County, ontill his body be bloody, at such time as
the sheriffe of this County shall forthwith appoint,
and the said Joseph Meale< no role > is remanded &
comitted to his Maties Goale of Newgate there to
remain & be kept [..] till he under
goe the said imprisonment then to be Delivered
paying his Fees 17s-6d

Simon Thomas< no role >

convicted by his own confession upon an Indictment foe a
trespass & assault is fined 1s which is to be estreated
and he is to be delivered out of his Maties goale of
Newgate if detained for noe other cause
his Fees are paid
