magne Britannie Etc vndecimo

Upon mocon this day made unto this Court by Mr
Corbett of Councell for James Dayton< no role > who was &
stands Indicted in October Sessions 1723 for
unlawfully takeing upon himselfe the office of
Bellman within the parish of st. Paul shadwell in this
County to which he formerly plafter wards pleaded
not guilty, It is ordered by this Court that [..]
James Dayton be at liberty to try his trave [..]
upon the said Indictmt. on wednesday next at
ten of the clock in the forenoon,upon giveing
[..] And hereof notice is forthwith to be
given to the Constable of the 5d: parish of st.
paul shadwell & to the first three men of the
Grand Jury who found the sd Indictmt
