The humble Peticon and Appeale of
the Churchwardens and Oversrs: of the poor of the parish
of Thame in Oxfordshire

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seales
of Daniel Dolins< no role > and Samuel Webb< no role > Esqrs two
of his Maties Justices of the peace for the County
of Middx (Quor un) bearing date the 30th day
of January last Mary Brown< no role > Widow of James
Brown
< no role > deced and her two Children (vizt) [..]

Year and a halfe were Removed from the Parish
of St John Hackney in the Said County of Middx
to the Said Parish of Thame in Oxfordshire as the
place of their last legall Settlemt:

Your Petrs: thinking themselves
aggrieved by the Judgment of the Said
two Justices humbly Appeale therefrom And
pray this Court will be pleased to Order
the Churchwardens and Oversrs: of the Poor
of the Parish of St John Hackney in the
Said County of Middx and all Parties
herein Concerned to Attend this Court some
day this Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgmt: and Determinacon of this Court
touching this Appeale
