the Peace for the County of Middx Assembled at
their General Sessions.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St: Martin in the Fields
in the said County.

Sheweth,

That by Vertue of a pass Warrant under the hands and
Seales of John Milner< no role > Esqr and Sr John Gonson< no role > Knt Esqrstwo of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County (Quorum Unus) bearing date the 19th. day of July last
Owen Phillips< no role > and Ann< no role > his Wife were removed from the Parish of St: Giles in the
Fields in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
as the place of their last legall Settlement.

That your Petitioners thinking themselves Agreived by the
Judgment of the said two Justices.

Humbly appeal therefrom And Pray this Court will be
pleased to Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St: Giles in the Fields and all
Parties herein concerned may Attend this Court some day
this Sessions to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of his Court touching the said Appeal
