The humble Peticon & Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Saviours Southwark in the County of Surry

Sheweth

That by Order under the hands Seals of [..] John Offley< no role > &
[..] [..] James Clifferow< no role > Esqr two of his Matys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middx bearing date the Twenty first day of this instant month of August
Mary Topping< no role > & Bland Topping< no role > Children of Benjamin < no role > & Com Topping< no role >
were removed from and out of the Parish of Heston in the County of Middx
to the said Parish of St. Saviours Southwark in the County of Surry as the
place of their last legall Settlement.

That Your Peticoner think themselves Aggreived by the Order
of the said two Justices & hope to make it appear that the said Mary< no role > &
Bland Topping< no role > have not any legall Settlement in the sd parish of St.
Saviours Southwark in the County of Surry And therefore humbly
Appeal against the sd. Order to this Honble Bench.

Therefore Yor. Petr. humbly pray Yor. Worspps to be
plased to appoint a day for the Churchwardens & Over seers of
the Poor of the Pish of Heston in the County of Middx aforesd
to Attend this Honble Bench & to stand to & able such Order
as shall be made upon hearing the sd Appeal

And Yor. Petr. shall ever pray Etc.
