Upon mocon this day made unto this Court by Mr.
Baynes of Councell for James Barnes< no role > who stands
bound by Recognizance to try his traverse at this
Present Sessions Upon an Indictmt. Preferred
against him for a trespass & assault upon Katherine Waters< no role > ,
It is Ordered by this Court that the Sd. Recognizance
be respited untill the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be held for this County, and that the said
traverse of the said Indn James Barnes< no role > upon
the said Indictmt. and alsoe the traverse of
the said Katherine Waters< no role > Upon a cross Indictmt
against her for makeing an assault Upon the said
James Barnes< no role > be tryed both together at the sd. next Sessions Unless
the said, Katherine Waters< no role > shall upon notice
hereof shew unto this Court on Wednesday
the twenty eighth day of August instant at eleven
of the clock in the forenoon good cause to the
contrary,
