Thomas Simpkin< no role > convicted for unlawfully & knowingly publishing a false
& counterfeit Indenture of Lease & receipt thereupon is
fined for the said offence 3s-4d and is remanded and
comitted to Newprison at Clerkenwell in this County
there to remaine without bail for the term & Space of one
week [..] & untill he pay the said Fine, then to be
delivered paying his Fees 17s-6d

James Wood< no role > convicted of a trespasse & fraud is fined 6s-8d and remanded
to Newprison aforesaid untill he pay the same, then to be
delivered paying this Fees 17s-6d

Christofer < no role > als Luke Nugent< no role > is acquitted of the fraud & Misdemeanor whereof
he was indicted & he is to be delivered out of New prison
aforesaid paying his Fees 17s-6d

with an intent feloniously
to burn thesd house

to Newprison aforesaid for want of Sufficient Sureties for

Indictment to remain till she find & give such sureties
then to be delivered paying her Fees 2s
