The Humble Peticon and appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of ye. Parish of St. Botolph wth: out Aldgate
in the sd. County.

Sheweth.

That by order under the Hands and Sealy of
John Milner< no role > and John Ellis< no role > Esqrs : of his Majties: Justices
of the peace for the said County (Quor. un.) bearing date
the 28th. day of June last Ann Beverley< no role > widow
of James Beverley< no role > deceed was removed from the
Parish of St. Giles in ye. Fields in the said County
to our said Parish of St: Botolph without Aldgate
as to the place of her last Legall Settlemt.

That yr. Petrs: think themselves
agrieved by the sd. Order and
humbly appeal to this Honble
Court agt. ye. same.

And Pray that yr: Worspps
would be pleased to order
that ye. Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the
sd. Parish of St. Giles in ye.
Fieles and all other persons
concerned [..] may attend this Court
some day this prest. Sessions to
hear & abide ye. Judgment &
determinacon of this Court
touching ye. sd. appeal
