the pond of Samuel Clark< no role > Esqr, is fined for the said-
offence twelve pounds and he is comitted to his Maties-
Goale of Newgate there to remain without bail or-
main prize for the terme & space of three months & untill-
he pay the said Fine, and alsoe untill he find sufficient-
Justices to be of the good behaviour for the terme of
Seven years now nixt ensueing, then to be delivered-
paying his Fees 17s. 6d
