Quarter Sessions Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeale of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Michael
Att Quran London

Sheweth

That by Order under the hands and Seales of [..] Thomas Masters< no role > and
Samll. Newton< no role > Esquires two of his Majestyes Justices of the peace
for the County of Middx (quorum unus) bearing date the Sixteenth day
of Aprill Anno Dom 1723 Samll. Morley< no role > was removed and conveyed
from the parish of Saint Mary White Chapel in the County of Middx
to the said Parish of Saint Michael Att Quern London as the last
legall place of his Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
their themselves Aggreived and Appeall against
the aforesaid Order of the said Justices unto this Court and pray that your
worshipps will be pleased to appoint A day for
all partyes to attend and abide the Judgement of
this Court
