WHEREAS it appeareth unto us, two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County of Midd . (Quor Unus)
by the Complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor,
of theParishofHornseyin the said
County, thatJohn Hutchins< no role > with Ann < no role > his wife and their
Son about one Year and a halfe old hath
lately come, and Intruded into the saidParishofHornsey
Endeavouring to gain a Settlement there con-
trary to Law, and is likely tobecome a great Charge to
the saidParishWhich we adjudge to be true,and,
Whereas, upon the Examination ofthe said John Hutchins< no role >
taken upon Oath, it appears unto as that the saidJohn Hutchins< no role >
was last legally Settled in theParishof
Iverin theCounty of Bucks and, that
Hehath not since obtained any legal Settlement else-
Where: Therefore, We the said Justices , upon the Proof aforesaid,
and other Circumstances, do Adjudge and Deem the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the SaidJohn Hutchins< no role > to be in
the Said Parish of Iver in the
said County of Bucks and whither by Law the said
John Hutchins< no role > and Ann < no role > his wife with their Son John < no role >
ought to be sent.

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name, strictly to Charge and
Command you and every of You forthwith, upon Sight hereof, to
remove and convey the saidJohn Hutchins< no role > and Ann < no role > his
wife with John < no role > their Son
from and out of the saidParishofHornsey
in and to the saidParishof Iver
in the County of Bucks and deliverthem
(together with this Precept) to the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor, there or some, or one of them, who are hereby required to
receive,and provide forthemaccording to Law. Hereof
fail not at your Perills. Given under our Hands and Seals, this20th
Day ofDecemberin theNineth Year of the Regin of
our Sovereign Lord GEORGE, by the Grace of God, of Great
Britain, France, and Ireland, King Defender of the Faith, Ann
Domini 1722.
