Distiller maketh Oath that about Christmas lasta yeare or
two sincehe offered to Peter Mills< no role > one of the Sumoning
Bailiffes of the [..] then Sherriffe of the sd County
that he this Depont. would pay unto him the said
Peter Mills< no role > two Shillings & Six pence in case the said
Peter Mills< no role > would forbeare from Sumoning
this Depont. to be upon the Grand Jury of the sd.
County, But the said Peter Mills< no role > insisted that this
Depont. should pay him five shillings if he
for bore from sumoning this Depont. as aforesd.
