now convicted upon an Indictment agt him for pphanely
cursing his Majesty King George, is fined for the said
offence Fifty pounds and remanded and comitted to his
Maties Goale of Newgate there to remaine without
bail or mainprize for the space of three months
and untill he pay the said Fine, and when he hath
undergone the said imprisonment and paid the said Fine
then he is ordered to find sufficient Sureties before
one of his Majesties Justices of Oyer and Terminer
to be held for this County to be of his good behaviour
for the Terme of three years now next ensueing, then
to be delivered paying his Fees 15s
