That Yor. Petrs. by his Indenture of Apprenticeship bearing date
the Thirteenth day of October in the Seventh Year of his now
Matys Reign Annoqr Dom 1720 Did put himself Apprentice
to Richard Wiseman< no role > of Norton Fallgate in the County of
Middx for the term of Seven years concerning from the
date of the sd Indenture to learn the trade of a Small Coalman
As by the sd Indenture will appear being hereunto annexed
ThatYour Peticonerthe sd Richd: Wiseman< no role > dott very of her times beat and
above Yor. Petr. unmercyfully Insomuch that he is afraid of
his life And for what reason Yor. Petr. Knows not for
That the sd Indenture besides is not Indented as the
Law directs (as Yor. Petr. is with humble Sessions informed)

Yor. Petrs. therefore most humbly prays Yor.
Worpps to be pleased to order that his said
Master may attend this Honble Court one
day this prsent Sessions to shew Cause
why her shall not be discharged from his
sd Apprenticehood
