Take notice that all ye Sessions of Over & Termener to be
holden all Hickshall in St Joh Street in and for the
County of Middlesex on tuesday the fourth day of
December next all ten of the Clock on the forenoon
I intend to my traverse upon the Indictment you
preferred against me in last July Sessions for extortion
dated the twenty nineth day of November 1722
