and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Margaretts Westminster in the said County aforesaid
and to each and Every of them.

Hands and Seals are hereunto fettwo of hisMajesties
Justices of the Peace (Quorum unus) for theCounty

islately intrudedand come-into your saidParish
ofSt James's ,there to inhabit asaParishioner contrary to
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, andisthere likely
to become Chargeable, if not timely prevented. And whereas up-
on due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premissesupon the
Oath of Mary Macklaine< no role > is appears
unto us, and we accordingly Adjudge, That the SaidSarah
Macklaine

likely to become chargeable, and thatherlast Legal Place of Set-
tlement was in thesaid Parish of St. Margarett in Westiminster
and County aforesaid.

St. James's aforesaid, That you, or some of you do forth-
with remove and convey the saidSarah Macklaine< no role >

to theParish of St. Margaretts Westmr ,aforesaid, and herdeliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true
Coppy hereof, whereby they are likewife requir'd inhisMajesties
Name, and by Virtue of teh Statutes in such Case made, forthwith
