By virtne of the order of Sessions annexted we Convend
the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlett
of Wapping Stepney in the Said County and also
Peticoner Anthony Bouch< no role > before us and upon hearing
all parties itt appears to us that the Peticoner keeps
a Victualing house and also a Chandlers Shopp and is
a Dealer in Coles therefore we are of Opinion that he
is able to pay two shillings p month Monthly towards
the use of the Poor of the Said Hamlett which we
Certifee under or heads this 11th day of Octobor 1722
