Doe forthwith levy and collect or cause to be levyed
and collected the Moneys to be thereby assessed allowing
to such Persons as have paid money's upon the rate now
quashed the like sume or sumes of money to be
assessed on them by the said new rate And that they
doe apply the money's to be levyed and collected by
vertne of the said new rate or rates for and towards
releife o the lame impotent old blind and others in
the said parish being Poor and not able to work
according to the form of the Statute in such case
made and provided
