Whereas at the General Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for the County of Middx in July last past
an Indictment was preferred and found against me
by the name of Elizabeth< no role > Me wife of George Jackson< no role >
for a trespasse and assault and whereas at the Said
Sessions I field a plea of Misnomer wherein I
pleaded that my name is Elizabeth< no role > the wife of George
Jutson< no role > and not Jackson Now these are to give you
notice that at the next Sessions of the peace to be
holden at Hickshall in St. Streete in and for the
Same County by Adjournment on Thursday the Sixth day
of this Instant September at tenn of the Clock in the
forenoon I intend to pray the Court that my Said plea
may be made absolute unless in the mean time a
proper replieacon be filed to my Said plea of Misnomer
