& she is delivered out of his Matis Goale of of Newgate without
Fees by reason of her pourty

Henry Garner< no role > als Gardiner< no role > hath pleaded not guilty to an Indictment against
him for assaulting & dangerously wounding one Ursula Miller< no role >
is remanded to his Maties Goal of Newgate for want of Sufft
Sureties for his appearance at the next Generall quarter Sessions
of the peace to be held for this County to psecute his traverse
with effect upon the said Indictment to remain till he find Such
Sureties before John Milner< no role > Esqr one of his Maties Justices of
the peace for this County to whom it is recomended and
referred to take and approve thereof, then to be delivered
paying his Fees 4s-8d
